Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the webite (bma-solutions.ch) of BMA Business Solutions GmbH or by reaching out to us through any means of communication, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person interactions, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the content or services offered on this website conflict with the laws of your country of residence or citizenship, please discontinue use of our website immediately. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use or access our site.

No Compensation and Assumption of Risk

All visitors agree to use the content of this website at their own risk. BMA Business Solutions GmbH will not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or other liabilities incurred as a result of your use of our website or its content.

Jurisdiction and Disputes

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website, interpretation, or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, will be governed by Swiss Law. The venue for all disputes will be Chur, Switzerland.

Payment Terms and Cancellations

All invoices for services must be paid in full within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date, including any bank charges. Any delay in payment will be subject to a charge of 50 CHF per week for any invoice up to 3000 CHF, and 100 CHF per week for any invoice exceeding 3000 CHF.

Service Orders and Refunds

Clients are required to make a prepayment of at least 10% of the total cost for any orders. If the client cancels the service request, the prepayment will be retained by BMA Solutions as compensation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

BMA Business Solutions GmbH reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time, but will post these changes on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
